Red Tape is excited to announce our new permanent home at 4546 N Western Ave in the heart of Lincoln Square. The new 3,300 square foot venue is steps from the Brown Line and houses a spacious lobby, rehearsal space, and a flexible 75 seat black box theatre.
The venue will support Red Tape’s plans to expand our award-winning, immersive programming with additional main-stage productions, staged readings and other events for the community at large. This move comes amidst a period of significant growth, including a transition to our Free Theatre Movement in 2018. The venue’s inaugural production will be YERMA, a co-production with Theatre Y opening in October 2017.
